How long does it take to get access to the Google Sheets Template?
As soon as I see an order, I will create a copy and share that copy with your gmail account. From there, you need to do a simple setup process to get the template working, and you can begin adding exercises and more!
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes! You can add, edit and remove exercises at any time simply by going to the exercise list and typing them in the category you want them under.
